Who hires us

Venture capital firms and corporate development teams. You retain Hawaii Ventures to diligence a company you are evaluating. We are not a fund, and we do not deploy your capital.

What you get

Full-stack software engineering and architecture due diligence. The companies we review are newly created, AI-only, and fully autonomous, with fewer than five co-founders. We read the architecture, the code, the agent stack, and the operations story, then deliver a memo the investment committee or corp-dev leadership can use.
